HAS-BLED — Riesgo de sangrado

HAS-BLED estima el riesgo anual de sangrado mayor en pacientes anticoagulados. Complementa a CHA2DS2-VASc en la decisión de anticoagulación. Componentes: Hypertension, Abnormal renal/liver function, Stroke, Bleeding history, Labile INR, Elderly, Drugs/alcohol.
