Legal entities, locations, retention and safeguards must be completed in the processing annex before processing. Request your applicable annex at contact@trialinx.com.

PostgreSQL storage of accounts, studies and history.

Vercel

Application, functions, logs and AI Gateway; Analytics/Speed Insights subject to preferences.

Changes and roles

These services do not all have the same legal role. The annex distinguishes subprocessors, independent controllers and optional technologies. Subprocessor changes follow the agreed authorisation, with advance information and objection where applicable. European storage alone does not exclude international support access.
