Trialinx was born in Barcelona from the frustration with existing tools. A modern, AI-assisted platform a solo researcher can use from day one — and a large team can scale without breaking it.

Xus is a colorectal surgeon in Barcelona. Like many clinical researchers, he spent years fighting legacy EDCs, untracked Excel spreadsheets, and manual queries that stalled studies for months.
After failing to find a platform that combined regulatory rigor (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR) with a modern AI-assisted experience, he decided to build one.
Trialinx is designed from the perspective of someone collecting clinical data every day: forms you build in minutes, randomization that needs no code, statistical analysis accessible without SPSS, and an audit trail your ethics committee can review without asking for more docs.
Our mission
Democratize quality clinical research. Give solo investigators, small hospital departments, and mid-size CROs the same rigor a large sponsor would have — without the enterprise license cost or the months-long implementation.
AI plays a central role, always subordinate to clinical judgment. The platform drafts; the investigator reviews and decides. Nothing is published, randomized, or analyzed without explicit action by a scientifically accountable human.

Privacy by design
AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, indefinite audit trail, granular RBAC, and strict study-level data isolation from signup onward.
Responsible AI
We use frontier models to suggest forms, analyses, and text — always human-in-the-loop, with verifiable citations and a full opt-out.
Regulatory transparency
Open documentation about our controls, limits, and shared responsibilities. If we don't comply with something yet, we say so.
